We ship all frozen boxes via UPS overnight, however, sometimes boxes are delivered late by UPS, which is out of our control. UPS's policy sometimes reimburses the shipping cost if a box is delivered late and the product defrosts but does not ever cover the cost of the ruined product, even if it was their fault.

Therefore, we offer extra ShipAid insurance created for perishable shipping that enables a free replacement in case the box is late, damaged, or defrosted for any reason. ShipAid adds 3% to your total order cost and is added coverage for your peace of mind during transit. It is recommended but entirely optional.
